Privacy Policy
This notice explains how Ryzesuperfoods collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when people visit the store, place orders, request support, or interact with advertising.
Information we collect and its sources
We may collect identifiers and contact details, shipping and billing information, order and transaction records, product interests, communications, device and browser data, IP address, approximate location, cookie identifiers, advertising interactions, and inferences about shopping preferences. Sources include customers, their devices and browsers, Shopify and checkout providers, carriers, customer-service interactions, analytics and advertising partners, and publicly available or lawfully provided sources.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the store, process and deliver orders, provide tracking and support, prevent fraud, secure accounts and systems, personalize store content, measure performance, comply with tax and legal obligations, manage returns and refunds, and—where permitted—deliver and evaluate marketing.
Cookies, Google Ads, remarketing, and conversion tracking
The store and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies. Google Ads and related Google services may be used for conversion tracking, audience measurement, and remarketing, which can help show ads to people who previously interacted with the store. Browser controls and available consent tools can limit non-essential cookies; disabling cookies may affect store functionality.
Who receives information
Information may be shared with Shopify, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, fulfillment partners, carriers, hosting and security providers, analytics vendors, advertising partners such as Google, professional advisers, government authorities when legally required, and a successor involved in a permitted business transaction. We do not disclose more information than reasonably needed for the relevant service or purpose.
Legal grounds
Depending on the activity and applicable US law, processing may be necessary to perform a customer transaction, comply with law, protect customers and the store, pursue legitimate business purposes, or act on consent where consent is required.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal compliance. Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to reduce risk, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
CCPA/CPRA rights; Do Not Sell or Share; GPC
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information; obtain information about categories collected, sources, purposes, and recipients; opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable; and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination. We honor legally valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request for the browser or device where the signal is detected. To submit a Do Not Sell or Share request or another privacy request, email routedetre@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe the request. We may verify identity and may accept an authorized agent as permitted by law.

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal from eligible marketing. Email requests to routedetre@gmail.com. We may retain information that law permits or requires us to keep.
